These terms govern your purchase and use of digital code‑signing certificates (.p12) and website templates sold through this site. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
By visiting this site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.
We sell two categories of digital goods:
Both are digital products delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your file(s) by download link, email, or account dashboard. It's your responsibility to save a copy of anything you purchase; we recommend downloading files promptly and keeping your own backup.
A .p12 file contains a private key and should be treated as sensitive. You are solely responsible for:
We do not retain copies of private keys after issuance, and we cannot recover a lost .p12 file or password on your behalf.
When you purchase a website template, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use it for your own site(s) or client projects, subject to the specific license tier shown at checkout (for example, single‑site or multi‑site use). Unless your license says otherwise, you may not:
You're welcome to modify the code as much as you like for your own project.
All prices are listed in USD and are shown before tax, if applicable. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, processed through our third‑party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or a certificate has been issued. If a file is corrupted, defective, or was mis‑delivered, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll fix it or issue a refund at our discretion.
You may not use anything purchased from this site to:
We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
Aside from the license granted to you at purchase, all template designs, site content, and branding remain the property of Your Store Name. Certificates themselves are issued by their respective certificate authorities under that authority's own terms.
Products are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that a template will be free of bugs, or that a certificate will be accepted by every platform or device — acceptance criteria are set by third parties outside our control (browsers, operating systems, app stores, and certificate authorities).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Store Name is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a purchased certificate or template, including lost revenue, lost data, or downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
